AUDIT REPORT OF WOMEN ORGANIZATION CHATORKHAND PAIN II.

Village Accountant Mrs. Zar Bibi carried out the audit of Women Organization Chatorkhand Pain II.  

This report was presented by LSO on Mrch 10, 2011.

There are 66 members in this W/O. 45% members accessed the loan during this year. The recovery system of loan is not too satisfactory therefore Manager and President of W/O are advised to review the recovery method and take necessary steps to ensure the recovery n time.

Recordkeeping is good but need more work on it for better performance of W/O.

Follow up of Protective Walls and Link Road Village Organization Kuchdeh

A project of Protective Walls in the flooding stream between Kuchdeh and Birgal is being under construction. This project given to V/O Kuchdeh by the AKRSP and Focus Pakistan. The division of walls between Kuvhdeh and Birgal Valley are shown in the table.

Another project of reconstructing damaged Link Road also under construction. It length is 12 x 1500 ft from Power Station to upwards.

A Power Station and almost 130 Households will be protected after constructing these walls on Kuchdeh side. While million Kanaals of cultivated land and plants will be safe as well.

LSO Chatorkhand visited the sites on March 15, 2011 and observed work on progress.

Meeting with wo Dain Pain 1 and Kiran Educated

An important meeting with Women Organization Dain Pain 1 and Kiran Educated Dain was held Feb. 10, 2011 in the lawn of Pain Jamatkhana Dain. Both w/os were merged into each other and needs to separate each other.

Meeting was formally begun with the name of Almighty Allah. Mrs. Tajreen recited few verses from the Holy Quran.

Manager LSO Mrs. M. Saleem briefed the members about LSO and its responsibilities. He highlighted the issue of members participations in both w/os and explain them the drawbacks of current situation of their w/os. He said that that was against the rule and regulations of AKRSP and LSO.
Manager gave them two suggestions to completely separate them or form one w/o.

After that all the members were agreed to separate w/o and decided to join the w/o of their nearest one.
Miss Malika manager W/O Dain Pain 1 was ordered to go back to her own area “Chatormari” with her members and Miss Amina Manger W/O “Kiran Educated” will stay in her current area.

Both the managers said that many members borrowed money from them and we need time to recover of the loans. Secondly thy have deposited their savings in banks and maturity of their deposits will complete in the month of April 2011.
